Everything is handmade, so that means the creation of your treasures take time!

Our Handmade Treasures:
Even though we create using the best we can provide (Stainless Steel findings, Brass, Gold, and 925 Sterling Silver) please handle your trinkets, accessories, and jewelry pieces with care for longevity! Please keep pieces away from water and try and clean your jewelry as often as once a month!

We are not responsible for any rough handlings of our handmade treasures.

Payments:
Currently through our website, we are only able to offer Paypal as payment for our products, but we would be more than happy to assist you with any other forms of payment if you reach out to us!
Please Email/DM us with the available products 'name' and we will answer as quick as possible and try our best to satisfy your requests.
Please allow us 24 hours to respond to any messages. 
Other forms of payment accepted (must contact us) -
Zelle (recommended), Venmo, and Apple Pay

Customs: 
We will take customs - they require full payment before being made.
Customs will also take 2 weeks to one month to fufill depending on availability of supplies and products, and we will also send an email update once a week until the custom is sent out to you!

We will have pre-orders open to you sometimes, keep an eye out!

We recommend to send us a screenshot/name of product on our site if you want a recreation, or send us a whole new idea all together! We will take our time to read them all and respond accordingly, it should be noted that nothing is guaranteed.

Order Processing:
Please give us at least 1-3 days order processing time, you will receive an email for orders that have begun under-going their creation!

Order Shipping:

Shipments are made every two week, Thursdays. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as we send them out.

We are not responsible for packages once we have shipped them! We do not accept cancellations/returns/refunds of any kind.
